Aaahdirondak Lodge

Aaahdirondak Lodge's' elevation is approximately 3,800 ft. above sea level.  Built on the side of Grandfather Mountain and surrounded by lush forest, Aaahdirondak Lodge is an outdoorsman’s  paradise.  The lodge is sheltered by Hemlocks on a gently sloping grade, allowing for plenty of parking and making this mountain hideaway a perfect location for family reunions, retreats with the children, or multi-couple vacations.  With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the 2,000 sq. ft. lodge has plenty of room for everyone to have privacy.

Feel free to rumpus here.  A large downstairs recreation room features exposed beams, a stone fireplace, a marvelous bar (bring your own refreshments), and covered deck.  The master bedroom, bath and laundry rooms are also located on this level.

On the main floor, a second stone fireplace anchors the living room/dining room where glass patio doors lead to an open deck.  Exposed beams, cathedral ceilings, and a wall of windows keep the atmosphere open, light, and cool in the summer, while the rustic rock fireplace makes a wonderful backdrop for winter dining. 

The newly-renovated kitchen  is well-stocked with utensils for vacationing gourmands.  Two bedrooms and two full baths are also located on the main level.
